Dr. Adams first got involved in chiropractic and sports therapy when he was in college as a gymnastics coach. After injuring his shoulder while coaching competitive gymnasts, he sought out the care of a local chiropractor that specializes in soft tissue therapy. After a few treatments, Dr. Adams was back coaching with no pain or dysfunction. After he graduated college, Dr. Adams enlisted in the United States Navy and served for 6 years as a Hospital Corpsman. During his time in the Navy, Dr. Adams had a severe injury to his low back. He was able to continue his service due to the care he received by the chiropractors and physical therapists who were in charge of his care. Dr. Adams realized that he wanted to provide the same kind of care. After his enlistment, he found his way to Life University and graduated in March 2020 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Adams lives in Smyrna, Ga with his wife Hilary and their son Conner. He enjoys working out, playing golf and mountain biking in his free time.
